Select Your Style using our Online Catalog includes select styles that are proven for fit and ease of alteration; other styles available may be viewed through the company links.
Have Accurate Measurements Taken this is the key to getting the closest size and eliminating unnecessary alterations. If possible have them taken by the seamstress that will be altering the gown. She can help in selecting your size depending on the alteration method she recommends.

Place An Order once you have selected the gown you wish to order simply fill out the "Place An Order" form. Upon receiving the order request you will be contacted to discuss and confirm your order, and collect your credit card information.
General Ordering Information
Special Order Delivery Time - Bridal orders placed less than 16 weeks prior to the wear date will require a rush fee. This excludes in stock or immediate availability gowns. Custom changes are not available on Express orders and increase the Rush orders by 2 weeks.
Formal gowns placed less than 8 weeks prior to the wear date, (styles beginning with BSO may require longer time) will require a rush fee. Custom changes will also lengthen delivery time.
Alteration - Alterations should be expected with any gown purchase for a perfect fit and is not included in the cost of our gowns. It is extremely rare that a dress fits perfectly.
Hollow to Hem - If the gown is designed so that it cannot be hemmed you may wish to use the Hollow-to-Hem option for brides shorter than 5'6" wearing a 2"-3" heel. This means the gown is made to your length.
Shipping - Orders are shipped via insured UPS ground shipping with an adult signature required to guarantee it's not left unattended.
Sizing
♦These dresses normally run smaller than regular clothing.
♦When ordering online it is most important to have accurate measurements and trust the size charts they are accurate. Do not guess your size.
♦The manufacturers recommend the size be determined by the largest measurement. This is to guarantee the dress won’t be too small and alterations can be done to perfect the fit.
♦If your size varies more than 2 dress sizes we suggest consulting your seamstress for alteration options. We can advise you as well.
♦Alteration costs are not included in the price of the gown and are the full responsibility of the customer.
Returns/Exchange
♦Regular priced, in stock gowns, may be exchanged or store credit given. (Excludes in store purchases)
♦Returns require a $25 restock fee and customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance via UPS ONLY.
♦Request for exchange must be made within 24 hrs. of arrival.
♦No Cash Refunds are given.
♦All sales are final on reduced merchandise.
♦A special order (including Immediate Availability) means we are ordering a dress just for you because it’s not in stock.
♦Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
Lay-A-Way
♦ Only available for in stock merchandise
♦ 60 days for formal gowns, 25% down with 25% paid bi-weekly.
♦90 days for bridal, 25% down with 25% paid monthly
♦Late payments receive one reminder.
♦After 24 hours if there is no reply the gown is returned to inventory and all payments are forfeited.
Additional Charges
♦Sizes 18 and over :$25 formal, $30 bridal
♦Rush orders: $25 Formals, $60 for bridal, $100 for express bridal if available.
♦Hollow to Hem (dress made to your length): $40 for formals, $65 for bridal
♦Additional or reduced length: $20
Shipping/Delivery
♦ Dates given from the companies are estimated. They are usually accurate however, occasionally delays do happen.
♦ We suggest allowing a minimum of 2 weeks for formal orders and 4 weeks for bridal between arrival and the wear date to allow for alterations.
♦ We ship via UPS ground, insured and adult signature required.
♦ Shipping Costs: $20 up to $149, $25 up to $299, $35 up to $499, $45 over $500.
♦ We do ship internationally via USPS.
Payment
♦ We accept Visa or Master Card
♦ Full payment is due at the time of order for purchases $299 or less.
♦ A minimum 50% down payment is required for purchases of $300 or more.
♦ The remaining balance is due one week prior to the estimated arrival date.
♦ Payments 5 days late will be charged a $10 per week late fee.
♦ Gowns left 30 days from arrival are considered abandoned and will become property of Simply Elegant. The customer forfeits all articles and payments. No Refunds or Credits will be given.
